(Thomson Reuters ONE via COMTEX) --Rosetta Stone Expands Enterprise Language Learning Solution With

Addition of Cultural Awareness Training

New "Global Collaboration Solution" Designed to Increase Communications Effectiveness of International Businesses

ARLINGTON, VA. - June 17, 2013- Rosetta Stone (NYSE: RST) today announced an important new addition to its Enterprise solution: Global Collaboration Solution(TM), a web-based tool to help companies conduct business and communicate more effectively around the world through improved cultural awareness.

The Global Collaboration Solution combines Rosetta Stone's interactive language-learning technology, TOTALe® PRO, with business-culture training powered by Aperian Global's GlobeSmart® --which features content from 70 different countries. By bundling the products, Rosetta Stone seeks to enable its Enterprise customers to develop well-rounded employees with the skills to communicate more effectively with global partners through language, cultural awareness, and business insight-all by way of conveniently self-paced, web-based tools.

"As Rosetta Stone shifts deeper into language and beyond, we're excited to take this step with our Enterprise business in supporting our customers' global mobility," said Judy Verses, President, Global Enterprise and Education. "Engaging our customers more deeply in the culture and customs of the places where they do business is vital to diminishing the challenges they face in relating to their international customers and business counterparts."

As reported in Language Means Business, a new whitepaper published by Rosetta Stone, the American Society of Training and Development found that public companies that invest in employee education outperform the overall stock market by more than 45 percent. With nearly 30 percent of the U.S. economy engaged in international trade, effective employee training for communication with customers, employees, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders has become essential to global business success.

Over the past several years, Rosetta Stone has strategically broadened its suite of Enterprise product offerings to encompass online, mobile and social features that enable learning anywhere, anytime. The company has identified mobility and interactivity as important trends in its growing corporate business, which now delivers cloud-based language-learning solutions to thousands of companies and public sector organizations throughout the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
