Rosetta Stone Closes Major Deals to Provide Solutions to Leading Latin American, Central American and Caribbean Educational and Government Institutions

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2011-- Rosetta Stone Inc. (NYSE: RST), a leading provider of technology-based language-learning solutions, today announced the award of multiple contracts amounting to $2.3 million with educational and government institutions in Colombia, Panama, Mexico, and the Caribbean over the last few months. Recognizing the need for multilingualism in the global workforce, government training institutes and university educators are turning to Rosetta Stone to provide a proven language-learning program for workers and students.

“It is undeniable that globalization and the interconnected global economy are creating a world where business and multilingualism go hand in hand,” said Tom Adams, CEO of Rosetta Stone. “Forward thinking educators and governments are anxious to embrace this reality and Rosetta Stone could not be more pleased to be an integral part of their preparations. Having the opportunity to partner with these governmental and educational institutions enables us to mold future business leaders and emerging global citizens, which is tremendously exciting for our entire company.”
